About the Role – Solar Consultant
Your Mission:
As a Solar Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of our clean energy movement — helping homeowners understand the power of solar, guiding them through the switch, and ensuring they have a smooth, delightful experience. You'll blend consultative sales with relationship-building and a little bit of solar magic.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads and drive conversions through on-site visits and consultations
- Identify new business opportunities and channel partners
- Build trusted relationships with customers and upsell smart energy solutions
- Use cutting-edge CRM tools to manage your sales process
- Deliver post-sales support and service insights
Cross-Functional Impact:
- Support local marketing events and campaigns
- Maintain a rich and updated CRM database
- Be a valuable voice in team huddles and regional strategies

Graduate (minimum)

Location:
Based in Lucknow, Kanpur & Varanasi or willing to relocate
Travel:
As required – you're flexible and ready to hustle when needed
