About the Role – Solar Consultant

Your Mission:

As a Solar Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of our clean energy movement — helping homeowners understand the power of solar, guiding them through the switch, and ensuring they have a smooth, delightful experience. You'll blend consultative sales with relationship-building and a little bit of solar magic.


What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads and drive conversions through on-site visits and consultations
  • Identify new business opportunities and channel partners
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and upsell smart energy solutions
  • Use cutting-edge CRM tools to manage your sales process
  • Deliver post-sales support and service insights

Cross-Functional Impact:

  • Support local marketing events and campaigns
  • Maintain a rich and updated CRM database
  • Be a valuable voice in team huddles and regional strategies

Education:
Graduate (minimum)

Mindset:
A go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments

Location:
Based in Lucknow, Kanpur & Varanasi or willing to relocate

Travel:
As required – you're flexible and ready to hustle when needed
