We are seeking a
Senior ServiceNow Developer
to join our dynamic team responsible for managing and enhancing our ServiceNow implementation — including
Service Portal, ITSM, and CSM modules
. This role is key to expanding and optimizing our ServiceNow ecosystem, which forms a vital part of our internal and external customer support systems.

You will collaborate closely with end users, stakeholders, business units, and the ServiceNow platform owner to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve the overall user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead small projects independently — from requirements gathering and documentation to implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including stakeholders, end users, and management.
  • Develop and implement new ServiceNow functionalities and enhancements as per business needs.
  • Design and update portals, including pages, widgets, UI elements, and themes.
  • Build and maintain service requests, workflows, SLAs, and integrations with systems like
    Salesforce, JIRA, and NetSuite
    .
  • Provide daily support and administration across ServiceNow modules.
  • Train and guide end users on best practices and new features.
  • Create and execute test plans for functional validation across ServiceNow modules.

Core Requirements

  • 7–10 years
    of solid, hands-on commercial experience with
    ServiceNow
    (Service Portal, ITSM & CSM).
  • Proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as
    Salesforce, JIRA, and NetSuite
    .
  • Demonstrated experience customizing and developing Service Portals — building widgets, menus, pages, and search sources.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Case, CSDM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, SLAs, Dashboards, and Reporting).
  • Skilled in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, ACLs, and Web Services).
  • Solid understanding of
    SLAs, complex workflows, and scripting logic
    .
  • Experience with
    ATF testing
    and functional test execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Software development background using
    HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS, Bootstrap
    , etc.
  • Knowledge of software architecture principles related to portals and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with
    ITIL, CSDM, and ISMS concepts
    .
  • Experience working in a Service Desk or IT Operations environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile setup.
