Role & responsibilities

  1. Pre-contract work

  2. Review of quantity take-off from drawing in AutoCAD drawing, PDF drawings

  3. Support the cost and contract expert in rate analysis, GCC, and SCC review

  4. Help in vendor identification and evaluation (pre-bid qualification)

  5. Post Contract work

  6. Subcontractor Evaluation and Engagement

  7. Subcontractor Work Order drafting
  8. Sub-contractor bill checking
  9. Client Billing and documentation
  10. Managing change orders
  11. Preparation of cash flow statement
  12. Collecting market quotes for extra items rate finalization, claims settlement
  13. Rate analysis
  14. Material Reconciliation
  15. Contracts management,- Variation & claim records , supporting documents & claim preparations.
  16. Keep all records of work as per ISO guidelines
  17. Preparation of inputs on cost tracking in monthly project report

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Must have minimum 5 years of experience purely as a Quantity for BE / B. Tech (Mechanical).

  2. Sound knowledge of construction related to all sorts of mechanical works .

  3. Experience in Oil & Gas sector is preferable.
