**1. Inventory Management**
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Keeping an updated record of stock levels and ensuring proper storage to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing items as needed to avoid shortages.
- Conducting periodic stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.

**2. Material Handling & Issuance**
- Issuing required tools, equipment, and materials to workers as per job requirements.
- Ensuring proper documentation for all issued and returned items.
- Managing the safe handling, stacking, and storage of materials to prevent loss or damage.

**3. Procurement & Coordination**
- Coordinating with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
- Preparing material requisitions and ensuring timely orders to avoid project delays.
- Following up on supplier deliveries and inspecting received goods for quality and quantity.

**4. Record Keeping & Documentation**
- Maintaining records of inward and outward stock movement.
- Updating inventory logs, bin cards, and stock registers.
- Preparing monthly stock reports and submitting them to management.

**5. Safety & Compliance**
- Ensuring the workshop store follows safety and housekeeping standards.
- Handling hazardous materials as per safety guidelines.
- Ensuring proper labeling and identification of stored materials.

**6. Equipment Maintenance & Calibration**
- Keeping track of tools and workshop equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Arranging for periodic maintenance or calibration of measuring instruments and machinery.

**7. Waste Management & Disposal**
- Managing scrap materials and coordinating with the disposal team for timely removal.
- Ensuring proper segregation and recycling of waste materials.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Knowledge of mechanical parts, tools, and equipment.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Awareness of safety and compliance standards in a mechanical workshop.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
