Job Summary
The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational excellence while focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is responsible for empowering teams, ensuring client satisfaction by meeting SLAs, and driving innovative solutions that enhance organizational processes Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Needs And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Sccm For System Management And Deployment.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Aligning Team Efforts With Operational Objectives.
4. Introduce Innovative Ideas And Improvements In Operational Processes, Leveraging Insights From Microsoft Hyper-V Environments And Sccm Functionalities To Drive Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Requirements, Utilizing Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm To Enhance Service Delivery And Achieve Business Results.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm With A Strong Understanding Of Virtualization And Cloud Solutions.
2. Solid Experience With Sccm For System Management, Application Deployment, And Reporting.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And A Strong Focus On Continuous Improvement.
4. Ability To Lead Teams Effectively And Communicate Project Goals Clearly.
Certification
