We are hiring for an Associate Consultant for our client, a distinctive 15-year-old global consulting firm specialized in OD, leadership development, strategic HR & Executive Coaching.

CTC:
The CTC Budget for this role is 5-6 LPA.


•
Key Responsibilities:

  • Includes active Support in Consulting projects & coordination of other engagements

such as executive coaching, leadership workshops.

  • Research, Analytics & top-tier Presentations.

  • Client engagement includes direct interactions with the client.

  • Active role in Business development initiatives.

  • Working closely with the Founder-MD and Principal Consultants of the firm in varied

and diverse projects.

  • Independently managing Social media platforms such as the firm's website

interactions, LinkedIn, Facebook, Blogs and creating contemporary channels of

creative communications.

Requisites:

  • MBA or MA in Economics.

  • MBA+ Engineering


• Engineers with experience in related OD/HR areas would be considered.

  • Experience of 2-3 yrs in the above related areas and or in enabler functions would be

considered.

  • Should have worked in organisations known for progressive thinking in HR and or in

consulting firms.


• Remuneration: fair compensation package including innovative performance incentive

programs
