Product Designer II

In this role, you will lead multiple design initiatives, shaping intuitive and high-impact user experiences across digital products. You will translate complex requirements into elegant solutions that align with both business objectives and user needs. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams, you will leverage AI-driven design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and testing. You will contribute to a consistent design system, mentor peers, and drive innovation within a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge user experiences while influencing the strategic direction of products and design practices.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Design and deliver AI-powered, data-driven user experiences to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Co-create with AI tools such as Figma AI, Galileo, Lovable, Uizard, Make, and ChatGPT to enhance creativity and iteration cycles.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
• Maintain and evolve a Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for user-centric design through storytelling, prototypes, and data-backed insights.
• Mentor peers and contribute to cultivating a strong design culture.

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, preferably in consumer-tech, e-commerce, or product-led organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex insights and requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-driven design tools integrated into workflow.
• Experience designing interfaces and flows leveraging AI-generated elements, dynamic logic, or data patterns.
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and design systems.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and continuously evolve design practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
