Sr. Product Manager II

We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Manager II in India.In this role, you will own and drive the product strategy for AI-powered conversation intelligence, turning customer interactions into actionable insights that optimize business processes. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features while engaging with customers to deeply understand their needs. This position requires managing complex stakeholder relationships, balancing technical trade-offs, and ensuring enterprise readiness of the product. You will influence decisions across functional teams, contribute to roadmap planning, and guide product execution in a fast-paced, global environment. The role offers the opportunity to innovate at the intersection of AI and CRM, improving forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and rep productivity. You will also participate in shaping workflows that surface insights automatically, enabling teams to take informed actions with minimal friction.
