Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the architectural and building materials sector (facade, ceiling, glazing, furniture). The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Promote and sell facade, ceiling, glazing, and furniture products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide customer insights.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the architecture/building materials industry.
  • UG degree is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of architectural products and interior solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
