Minimum 5+ years in US accounting with a strong focus on restaurant accounting and expertise in Restaurant365 (R365) software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting processes for restaurant clients, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
  • Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing for multiple restaurant locations.
  • Utilize Restaurant365 (R365) software for financial tracking, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance specific to the restaurant industry.
  • Analyze P&L statements, cost control, and inventory accounting to drive financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate with US clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless accounting operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including sales tax filings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
Requirements:
  • CA/ CPA is must
  • 4+ years of experience in US accounting, specifically in the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in Restaurant365 (R365) and other accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financial metrics, cost accounting, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with US-based stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
