Key Skills

  • Experience: more than 1 year in a creative/agency setup, leading design teams and delivering high-visibility campaigns.
  • Mastery over Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva, and knowledge of AI-powered tools.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and cross-platform design.
  • Ability to translate briefs into bold, disruptive concepts.
  • Proven experience managing tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire designers.
  • A restless creative person, always excited to innovate, experiment, and evolve.
