Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head Commercial Vehicles at MG Motors (Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle), located in Bahadurgarh. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial vehicle sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing account management, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as analyzing sales data, mentoring and coaching team members, managing key accounts, and driving overall sales performance with best team management.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Excellent Team Management and Leadership abilities
- Proficient in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bahadurgarh
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is must.
