The Body Shop Advisor is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the body shop. This role involves coordinating vehicle repair services, providing estimates, managing customer communications, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers and assess their vehicle repair needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of repair processes and estimated timelines.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- **Repair Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs with technicians and body shop staff.
- Ensure all necessary parts and materials are available for repair jobs.
- Monitor the repair process to ensure timely and quality completion.
- **Estimating and Pricing**:

- Prepare detailed repair estimates for customers.
- Explain estimates and obtain customer approval before commencing work.
- Manage invoicing and ensure accuracy of billing.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding repairs.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for customer pick-up.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with repair services.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of repair estimates, work orders, and invoices.
- Update customer information and repair history in the system.
- Prepare reports on body shop performance and customer feedback.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products.
- Promote body shop services and special offers to customers.

Skills and Qualifications
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of vehicle repair processes and body shop operations.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and repair techniques.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- **Customer Service Skills**:

- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Ability to identify and promote additional services to customers.
- Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous.
- **Computer Skills**:

- Proficiency with computer systems and software used in body shops.
- Experience with automotive management software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell).

Education and Experience
- **Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Additional training or certification in automotive repair or customer service is beneficial.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in an automotive body shop or service advisor role.
- Experience with customer service and sales in an automotive setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
