We are looking for 7+ years of experience in systems development with 2+ years in Agile software

development environments.

Job Summary:

As a Senior QA Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software solutions. You

will lead testing initiatives across multiple projects, craft comprehensive test strategies, and

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain rigorous quality standards. Your

responsibilities will span both manual and automated testing, performance validation, and driving

continuous improvements in QA practices within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Own the quality of code and systems promoted to UAT and production.

∙Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and non-

functional requirements.

∙Execute manual and automated test scenarios across web, API, and backend layers.

∙Perform regression, integration, and performance testing using tools like JMeter.

∙Create and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, TestIM, ReadyAPI, and Postman.

∙Validate test results and provide detailed defect reports using JIRA.

∙Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify root causes and ensure timely

resolution of issues.

∙Analyze and validate project requirements to ensure optimal user experience.

∙Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

∙Provide accurate testing estimates and status updates to stakeholders.

∙Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., AODA) and security best practices.

Tech Stack & Tools:

∙Testing Tools: Selenium, TestIM, ReadyAPI, Postman, JMeter, Quality Center

∙Automation & CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps (ADO), Git

∙API Testing: REST, SOAP

∙Defect Tracking & Collaboration: JIRA, Confluence

∙Cloud & Containers: Microsoft Azure, OpenShift (basic familiarity preferred)

∙Languages/Scripting: Java, JavaScript, Groovy (for automation scripting)

∙Performance & Security: Fortify, WAF, AODA compliance

Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

∙7+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.

∙2+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.

∙Strong experience with API testing (REST & SOAP).

∙Proven ability to create and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.

∙Solid understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and SDLC.

∙
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

∙Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

∙Experience with cloud-native testing strategies (Azure/OpenShift).

∙Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.

∙Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
