Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Credit Risk Operations, located in Bengaluru. The professional will evaluate and manage credit risks, develop risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with credit policies. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying potential risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective control measures. The role demands a proactive approach to mitigate risks while optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Credit Risk Management and Risk Management processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in financial analysis
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Credit-related practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Hands-on experience in financial tools and risk analysis software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are highly desirable
