Position: Process Associate/ Sr Process Associate ( Export / Import Operations)-

Experience:

2 to 6 yrs, previous
experience in data entry, ideally within freight forwarding or logistics.

Qualification:

Any Graduate, with prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding related will be an added advantage.

CTC

-: As per industry standards and depending on candidate current CTC.

Shift:

Night shift (US Shift).

Should have own Laptop and good internet facility to work.

Mode of Work: Remote Position.

Job Responsibility:

Data entry and management:

o    Preparing and managing import/export documentation like invoices, shipping bills, bills of lading, and tracking shipments.

  • Input, update, verifying data for international shipments and maintain accurate export and import data in company systems or spreadsheets.
  • Verify the accuracy of all entered data and correct any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations.
  • Track shipment details, container movements, and clearance status.
  • Experience or familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations for logistics or related fields is an advantage.

Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the import/export team as needed.
  • Prepare reports and attend meetings as required.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks delegated by a TL/ Supervisor.

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and good computer literacy are essential.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to process large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English to coordinate.
