Job Title: Civil Engineer - Pile Foundations and Tank Structures

Location: Multiple Locations - UP, Delhi

Job Overview:

MST REsolutions India Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with specialized expertise in pile foundations and large diameter tank structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge and a proven track record of implementing complex civil infrastructure projects. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and can manage projects from design through execution with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement foundation systems, with a strong focus on deep pile foundations in challenging geotechnical conditions.
• Lead the engineering design, site preparation, and structural integration of large diameter tank structures, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and industry best practices.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence during foundation and tank erection phases.
• Prepare and present clear, concise technical reports, including feasibility studies, construction documentation, and performance assessments for stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations, troubleshoot design/construction issues, and recommend corrective measures as needed.
• Liaise effectively with energy providers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring coordinated project delivery.
• Review technical drawings and specifications, and ensure timely approvals and revisions as required.
• Implement robust quality control procedures and maintain detailed records throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pile foundation engineering and tank structure projects.
• Proven implementation experience in industrial or energy sector projects.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering, soil-structure interaction, and structural detailing.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, PLAXIS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical documentation and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on projects involving compressed biogas plants, water, or chemical storage tanks or solar energy projects.
