Key Responsibilities· Sales Strategy & Execution· Drive sales targets for theWest region in line with company goals.· Develop and execute regionalsales plans, channel strategies, and trade promotions.· Monitor competitor activity andmarket trends to identify growth opportunities.· Channel & DistributionManagement· Manage and expand distributionnetwork across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.· Build strong relationships withdistributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.· Ensure optimum inventoryplanning, stock rotation, and timely collections.· Team Leadership· Lead and motivate a team ofArea Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), and SalesExecutives.· Provide training, coaching, andperformance management.· Ensure sales discipline,reporting, and adherence to company policies.· Business Development· Open new channels (multi -brandoutlets, large format stores, e -commerce partnerships).· Drive appliance categoryplacement in key regional markets.· Develop strong relationshipswith architects, builders, and institutional clients.· Reporting & Analysis· Track and analyze sales data,productivity, and ROI on promotions.· Submit periodic MIS reports tosenior management.· Provide inputs for demandforecasting and product feedback.RequirementsKey Requirements· Graduate / MBA preferred(Marketing/Sales specialization).· 15–20 years of sales experiencein consumer durables / appliances / FMCG with at least 3–5 years in a regionalleadership role.· Strong understanding of channel& distribution management in the Western region.· Proven track record ofdelivering sales targets and managing large teams.· Excellent communication,negotiation, and relationship -building skills. Willingnessto travel extensively within the region.
