Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide prompt responses.
  • Prepare, review, and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
  • Explain quotation details, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
  • Handle customer phone calls professionally, addressing questions, concerns, and clarifications.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure quotations are feasible and competitive.
  • Follow up with customers on pending quotations to convert into orders.
  • Maintain records of quotations, inquiries, and customer interactions in CRM or company systems.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or quotation preparation is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and active listening ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving attitude with customer-first thinking.
