Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven and experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team at MagicBricks Realty. This role is critical to enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and strengthening our search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of SEO tools, algorithm updates, and performance metrics, along with a deep understanding of how content and technical SEO work together to deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility and ranking.
  • Keyword Research: Identify and optimize for high-value keywords aligned with business objectives.
  • Site Audits & Competitive Analysis: Perform regular website audits and analyze competitors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO, aligning with user search intent.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and support broader marketing campaigns.
  • Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO initiatives including site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and structured data.
  • Link Building: Plan and execute link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry innovations.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with local SEO practices relevant to the real estate domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of the intersection between SEO and social media marketing.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 25 years of hands-on experience in SEO or Digital Marketing, preferably in a product-based internet company.
