6 Days on-site with Rotational 8 Hours

Shift Timings :-
6 AM – 2 PM | 2 PM – 10 PM | 10 PM – 6 AM

About Internship:-

  1. Ensuring that all games are operating without interruptions and of a high quality

  2. Identifying and resolving all real-time incidents of our games relating to all components of operations, including but not limited to gameplay, network connectivity, server availability, etc.

  3. Monitoring critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided monitoring tools

  4. Identifying, analyzing, logging in, and escalating all alerts as necessary.

  5. Working with internal systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

  6. Recording all events related to major incidents and producing incident reports for the concerned departments

  7. Working on installing and upgrading mobile games

  8. Playing and test live games on mobile and web platforms

  9. Working with stakeholders and teams to identify and capture test results

  2. can start the internship immediately

  3. are available for duration of 6 months

  4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighbouring cities

  5. have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements :-

  1. B. Tech/MCA fresher preferred

  2. Open to work from the office only (if you are looking for work from home or hybrid, don't apply)

  3. Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Noida (Applications from outside Delhi NCR will not be accepted)

  4. Open to work in rotational or night shifts (if not comfortable with night shifts, please don't apply)
