- Elevate and enforce Faclon Labs' brand identity, keeping it fresh, bold, and unmistakably ours.
- Collaborate tightly with product marketing, sales, content, and design teams to deliver high-impact visuals.
- Stay razor-sharp on design trends, tools, and best practices- always pushing creative boundaries.
What We're Looking For
- Brand designer, graphic designer, or a similar creative role.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Speed and precision- your execution is as fast as your creativity is fierce.
- Unshakable under pressure with tight deadlines; problem-solving is your second nature.
- A hawk's eye for typography, color theory, and layouts- details don't escape you.
- Confidence in presenting and selling your creative vision to stakeholders.
- Proven experience designing across print, digital, and UI channels.
Bonus Points
- Motion & Video Storytelling.
- B2B experience is a solid plus.
