About The Job:

• We're seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Enterprise Agile Product Coach with expertise in agile methodologies, AI product management, and training design.
• This role is central to driving agile transformations, delivering impactful product management training programs, and embedding AI-driven practices across organisations global teams.
• The ideal candidate will be a master facilitator, skilled in creating engaging content, gamification techniques, and inspiring diverse audiences.

Essential Job Functions:

Agile Coaching & Leadership:

• Coach teams and leaders on agile principles and product management practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Coach teams and program in Agile Product Delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and scale agile processes that drive product excellence and customer value.
• Lead initiatives that integrate AI capabilities into agile delivery frameworks, emphasizing experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Training & Facilitation Expertise:

• Design and deliver world-class workshops and training sessions on agile product management, AI integration, and innovation.
• Develop engaging training content, including activities, simulations, and gamification, to make learning impactful and memorable.
• Facilitate large group sessions with confidence, adaptability, and a strong presence, ensuring active participation and engagement.
• Mentor internal trainers and teams on effective facilitation techniques and workshop delivery.

AI Product Management Expertise:

• Guide teams in identifying and validating AI use cases, incorporating ethical considerations and ROI analysis.
• Help product managers operationalize AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes and workflows.
• Provide actionable guidance on MLOps, AI observability, and maintaining AI models post-deployment.

Enterprise Enablement:

• Collaborate with leadership to standardize and scale agile and product management practices across teams globally.
• Advocate for continuous discovery, iterative delivery, and customer-centric product development at every organizational level.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as AI adoption, DevOps integration, and value stream optimization.

Change Management:

• Lead cultural and operational shifts toward agile and data-driven mindsets, prioritizing adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Build frameworks for measuring the impact of training programs and transformation initiatives, iterating based on feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on creating environments that foster innovation and empowerment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end product management / agile product coaching / enterprise transformation, including at least 3 years focused on facilitation, training design and delivery.
• Proven success in delivering AI-powered products or implementing scalable agile practices in global organizations.

Skills:

• Expertise in designing workshops, training programs, and gamified learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently address and engage large groups.
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Miro for training design and collaboration.
• Proficiency with AI Product Management tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Product Roadmap, PDLC.

Practical Expertise:

• Mastery of Scrum and Kanban, scaled agile frameworks and advanced product management techniques, including OKRs, story mapping, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into product strategies and delivering measurable business value.
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI lifecycle management to ensure operational excellence.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Masters degree in Product Management from a reputed / premier institution.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.
• Advanced facilitation certifications (e.g., ICAgile Facilitation, Train-the-Trainer programs).
