Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Social Media Marketer
located in
South East Delhi at Viral Stance
.

The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for:

  • Planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social platforms.
  • Running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Analyzing trends, audience insights, and campaign performance.
  • Developing creative strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads & Paid Campaigns
  • Good understanding of
    content strategies, reels, hashtags, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to grow pages, engagement, and leads
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Requirements

  • Experience
    : 6 months – 2 years (Agency experience preferred)
