Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager with 15 plus years of expertise in designing HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MEP systems, excellent technical skills, and hands-on experience with the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems in large commercial and high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for Greenfield commercial buildings and Interior fitout works, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review detailed HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting design drawings, layouts, and specifications prepared by Consultant.
• Review load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate various systems into the overall building design.
• Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, equipment schedules, and system specifications.
• Expert suggestion for optimizing HVAC system performance.
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and equipment used in HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders during the installation and commissioning phases.
• Explain the Scheme to client's technical team
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that designs are cost-effective, energy-efficient, and sustainable.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15 plus years of hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting design for commercial projects, including large-scale buildings and high-rise structures.
• Proficiency in MEP design soft wares.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting design codes and standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, etc.)
