Create detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans, and effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in highrise building projects preferred.
High-Rise Building Experience:
Familiarity with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings, considering factors like vertical transportation, fire safety, and energy efficiency.
Ability to integrate MEP systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
Risk Management:
Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
