Responsibilities: -

  • Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.

  • Generating leads and reaching out to prospective clients.

  • Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, other mode of communication and even in person.

  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.

  • Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.

  • Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.

  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, data analysis and networking through various means.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them updated about company products and services

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction

  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team

  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends

  • Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
