Job Opening: Telecalling Executive (Male) – Hindi Speaker
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecalling Executive fluent in Hindi to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves handling customer communications with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in the sensitive area of male sexual healthcare.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000/month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 additional
- Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls effectively
- Guide customers through appointment scheduling and order processes
- Provide detailed information about products and services
- Address and resolve customer queries with professionalism
- Maintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM
- Uphold strict confidentiality in all customer interactions
- Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Work from office requirement (Location: Lalbagh, Bengaluru)
- Hindi fluency is mandatory
- Graduation preferred
- Prior telecalling experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with empathetic and professional approach
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
