  • Team Management: Leading cross-functional teams, guiding site supervisors and installers, and supervising landscape staff.

  • Client Communication: Understanding client needs, managing expectations, and providing solutions to issues.

  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing accurate cost estimates.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

  • Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality work, monitoring progress, and conducting site visits.

  • Documentation: Preparing project-related documents, such as material inspection reports, measurement sheets, and work completion certificates.

Requirements and Skills ³ ² ¹:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time
