  • Sales & Upselling: Suggest additional items like appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the guest's experience and increase sales.
  • Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with both customers and kitchen staff.
  • Problem Solving: Address any complaints or concerns from guests to resolve issues and ensure a positive dining experience.
