Context of the Position: -

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fresher Company Secretary to join our Corporate Secretarial Team, supporting both Sorigin and Skeiron Group Compliances. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fresher Company Secretary looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate .

Key Job Responsibilities: -

  • Handling Corporate Secretarial Compliance (Company and LLP) for the group entities
    •Conducting Board Meetings
  • Handling FEMA Compliance including thorough knowledge of FCGPR and FLA return filings with RBI
  • Good communication skills to deal with the stakeholders
    •Handling of incorporation and all related compliances.
  • Keep track of board meeting dates
  • Handling of SEBI and ancillary compliances
  • Handling process for dematerialization of any securities.
  • Timely coordination with intermediaries. Eg: Depositories, DPs, RTA, Trustee, Custodian etc.
    •Should be able to effectively communicate internally with all the departments for gathering data as and when required
  • Should be able to stay updated with the amendments in all the rules and regulations as may be applicable to our entities as well as client entities.
  • Preparation of secretarial records of all group entities
  • Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned by the team and Management from time to time.

Technical / Functional / Domain Skills require

  • A qualified member of ICSI having a Membership Number
  • Able to work independently with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
  • Presentation Skill, Teamwork Spirit
