Job Description:-

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / manual registers.

Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions and update stock levels.

Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials.

¢ Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical vs. system stock.

¢ Maintain records of goods receipts (GRN), issue slips, return notes, and disposal.

¢ Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions to avoid stock-outs.

¢ Implement FIFO / LIFO method and ensure no material expiry or damage.

¢ Maintain housekeeping, safety, and fire compliance within the store area.

¢ Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments.

¢ Handle scrap material, surplus items, and disposal as per company policy.

¢ Assist in internal / statutory audits related to stores and inventory.

Skill set require:-

  1. SAP knowledge.
  2. Hands on experience of excel.

Qualification: - BE /B.COM

Experience: - 3 to 4 years
