Job Description:

Senior Manager – Delivery (Data & Analytics)

Experience: 15–20 years

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data & Analytics programs for global clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud data platforms, data engineering, BI/analytics, and managing large, distributed teams. This role focuses on delivery excellence, customer success, and driving value across multiple data programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data modernization, BI/analytics, and cloud data projects.
  • Manage large, distributed global teams (50+ FTEs) and multiple Project/Program Managers.
  • Drive delivery governance, KPIs, compliance, and data security standards.
  • Partner with architects and engineering teams on scope, architecture, and execution.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with proactive risk and issue management.
  • Build strong client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, billing, and delivery metrics.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning for data & analytics opportunities (preferred).

Required Skills

  • 15–20 years in IT, with 2+ years in a Delivery Manager/Program Manager role.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines)
  • Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Experience leading large global teams and multi-project portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DataOps/DevOps.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, SAFe/Agile, AWS/Azure/GCP Data certifications, Snowflake, Databricks.
  • Experience in Tier-1 IT services and pre-sales support.
