ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are hiring an experienced Laravel Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining RESTful APIs that power mobile applications. This role demands strong Laravel skills and in-depth understanding of how to connect backend systems with various mobile-centric services, including push notifications, deep linking, payment gateways, and third-party APIs. You will work closely with mobile app developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure smooth and secure communication between mobile clients and backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and develop secure, high-performance REST APIs using Laravel for mobile apps.

 Build and manage API endpoints for:

 User authentication and session handling  Product listings, search, filters

 Order management and status updates

 Notification triggers and message queues

 Create API logic to send push notifications via Firebase, OneSignal, or Twilio Notify.  Build backend logic to support mobile app deep linking, passing contextual data to apps using dynamic links.

 Integrate and manage payment gateways: Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay for one-time and recurring payments Implement payment webhooks, retries, and error handling  Work with third-party APIs and SDKs:

 SendGrid (transactional emails)

 Mailchimp (email marketing & automation)

 Twilio (SMS, calls, WhatsApp notifications)

 Google Places API for address autocomplete, geolocation, and reverse geocoding

 Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code.

 Write test cases and manage API versioning.

 Collaborate with QA to debug and ensure quality before release.

 Monitor API performance, logs, and error reports; optimize as needed
