We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a talented 
Laravel Developer

to strengthen our website platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and patient-friendly.

Role Overview

The Laravel Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the website and its integrated systems. The role involves working closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver seamless user experiences, implement automation, and build secure, high-performing backend systems that support patient journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain the website using 
    Laravel Framework (PHP)
    .
  • Design and implement 
    APIs
     for integration with third-party systems (CRM, chatbot, payment gateways, information systems).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement 
    landing pages, forms, campaign integrations, and SEO-friendly modules
    .
  • Ensure 
    website security, scalability, and performance optimization
    .
  • Manage 
    database design, queries, and migrations
     (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Work with 
    front-end developers
     to integrate UI/UX components with server-side logic.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, bugs, or integration errors.
  • Implement 
    best practices for version control, testing, and deployment
     (Git, CI/CD).
  • Provide ongoing 
    support and documentation
     for website-related processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
     in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–7 years of hands-on experience
     in Laravel development.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vue/React preferred)
    .
  • Experience with 
    API integrations, web services, and third-party libraries
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    AWS, cPanel, or cloud hosting environments
    .
  • Understanding of 
    SEO, website analytics, and performance optimization
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    security best practices
     (data encryption, authentication, role-based access).
  • Experience with 
    Agile methodology
     and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in 
    healthcare, e-commerce, or service-based platforms
    .
  • Exposure to 
    CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
     and 
    marketing automation tools
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    chatbots, WhatsApp integrations, and digital lead management
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
