Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in relevant chemical markets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to understand requirements and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through field visits, calls, and digital outreach.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, provide product information, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client needs.
  • Track customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth business flow.

3. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Gather market insights related to pricing, competitors, demand trends, and new product opportunities.
  • Share insights with management to support strategic decision-making.

4. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up trackers.

5. Marketing Activities

  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and product literature.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
