Job Title: Online sales Executive – Fashion/Garment Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in fashion or garment sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our fashion products through telephonic interactions. If you have a passion for fashion and strong sales skills, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound & inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell fashion and garment products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion solutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Handle customer inquiries from indiamart, justdial or trade India provide product information, and resolve concerns.

Maintain a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styles.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize selling strategies.

Requirements:Minimum 1year of experience in telesales, fashion retail, or garment sales.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling.

Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools (preferred).

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fashion retail, garment wholesale, or apparel e-commerce sales.

Degree or certification in Fashion, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
