The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions.You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions that meet business needs.  This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business and healthcare compliance. You'll play a key role in shaping digital solutions for the medical device industry—an industry that is growing rapidly and making real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and the Regulatory Affairs team to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system designs.
  • Support the development and implementation of IT solutions by performing gap analysis, process mapping and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, IT and Regulatory to enhance system performance, resolve issues and ensure seamless communication between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and root cause analysis.
  • Document user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), system requirement specifications (SRS), workflows  and use cases in a structured and detailed manner.
  • Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language for diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills:

  • 0–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an IT or software development environment.
  • Strong verbal and exceptional written communication skills – ability to convey complex requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Office Suite, and wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Lucidchart).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and business process modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • IT background with a good grasp of system architecture and software development practices.
  • Experience in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry, especially with regulatory or compliance-focused projects, is a significant plus.
