Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Yoga Instructor located in Hyderabad. The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for conducting yoga classes, offering personalized instruction and modifications, creating tailored wellness programs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include teaching various styles of yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa), conducting group and private sessions, and providing wellness consultations. The role also involves staying current with yoga trends and maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in teaching and offering personalized modifications to students including various styles.
  • Plan and deliver engaging yoga classes, workshops, and events.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our Yoga presence to wider.
  • Co-Managining Studio operations, including scheduling, marketing, and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear instructions and provide feedback.
  • Ability to create tailored wellness programs based on client needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.

Requirements

  • E-RYT certification - 200 hours or more.
  • 3+ years of teaching experience.
  • Strong business and operation skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team in longer vision of company.
