**Yoga Teacher - Job Description**

**Location**: OHA Office, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana BHARAT.

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Department**: Wellness / Health & Lifestyle

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily yoga sessions (group and/or one-on-one) tailored to varied skill levels and health goals.
- Design structured yoga programs that align with the overall wellness strategy of the OHA office.
- Provide detailed instructions for asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness/meditation.
- Modify poses and practices to accommodate injuries or limitations.
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and serene practice space.
- Collaborate with wellness teams, physiotherapists, or nutritionists if part of an integrated health offering.
- Participate in wellness workshops, health days, and corporate wellness events as required.
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga and holistic health practices.
- Maintain attendance logs and session feedback records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200/500 or equivalent from a recognized institution).
- 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual, and passionate about health & wellness.
- Basic understanding of anatomy and physical health is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a bonus.
