About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing health and wellness brand, is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join their team in Pune. The role involves field sales activities, lead generation, and customer acquisition for healthy meal subscriptions and wellness packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in housing societies, gyms, offices, and wellness communities.

Pitch offerings such as healthy meals, diet plans, subscription packages, and nutritionist consultations.

Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and product knowledge.

Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer experience.

Maintain daily reports of customer interactions, visits, and sales.

Represent the brand at local events, stalls, and promotional activities.

Perform other related activities as required.

Position Details:

Designation: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 0–3 years in sales (FMCG, F&B, health, or direct marketing background preferred)

Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English (good communication skills required)

Candidate Requirements:

Passion for health, food, and fitness.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Smartphone usage (WhatsApp, basic reporting).

Own vehicle preferred for field mobility.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
