Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential leads and explain our EdTech programs and services
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and convert them into enrolled students
  • Maintain and update the sales database and daily activity reports
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate guidance
  • Meet monthly sales targets and support overall business growth
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and client interactions confidently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
