Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We're looking for a talented and intuitive Influencer Marketer to join our marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Own and run Tilt's
    Co-Creator Influencer Lines
    — from scouting and onboarding creators to managing collaborations, contracts, and launch campaigns.
  • Leverage your and our
    networks of influencers, creators, and agencies
    to drive partnerships that amplify Tilt's bold and body-positive identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on
    campaign ideation and execution
    , ensuring influencer content aligns with our brand voice.
  • Manage
    contracts, negotiations, and timelines
    with influencers and creators.
  • Run and optimize
    UGC and influencer-driven campaigns
    across Tilt's channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on
    campaign metrics
    (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to measure and improve impact.
  • Stay ahead of
    content and influencer trends
    , bringing innovative partnership ideas to Tilt.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, or brand partnerships, preferably with a consumer or D2C brand.
  • Proven ability to
    bring in and manage influencer networks
    (nano to macro).
  • Hands-on experience in
    campaign planning, execution, and reporting
    for influencer collaborations.
  • Comfortable with
    contracts, negotiations, and influencer compliance guidelines
    .
  • Strong eye for
    content and creative trends
    , with the ability to brief influencers and align their work with brand needs.
  • Experience with
    tracking and reporting influencer metrics
    (engagement rates, ROI, conversions).
  • A mix of relationship-building and analytical skills — you connect with people, but you also know your numbers.
