Job Description:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Management Trainee to join our Tele Sales team. This role involves engaging with prospective customers over the phone, presenting our offerings, addressing queries, and helping drive conversions. You will gain practical experience in customer communication, sales pitching, lead follow-up, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain consistent communication to support conversions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable information or solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and support the team in achieving overall sales goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead processing and service support.
  • Continuously learn product features, sales approaches, and communication techniques to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and polite speaking manner.
  • Confidence, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,650.00 per month
