Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Junior Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, machine learning frameworks, data processing, and API integration.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Programming & Tools: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
  • Machine Learning Algorithms: Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Classification, Clustering
  • Data Preparation: Data cleaning, normalization, preprocessing for model readiness
  • Model Development: Training, testing, and evaluating ML models
  • API Integration: Understanding and implementing REST APIs for model integration
  • Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and optimization skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Apply algorithms such as Linear Regression, Decision Trees, Classification, and Clustering to solve business problems
  • Collect, clean, normalize, and preprocess datasets for training
  • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
  • Train and validate models on prepared datasets
  • Optimize hyperparameters to improve accuracy and performance
  • Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and troubleshoot underperforming models
  • Develop and consume REST APIs for integrating ML models into production
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand ML requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions
  • Use analytical thinking to address complex technical challenges
  • Maintain documentation of data pipelines, model workflows, and performance metrics
  • Present reports and findings to stakeholders
