Junior AI Data Scientist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior AI Data Scientist to originate innovative Analytics & AI opportunities in partnership with Global Markets, Sectors and Brands. This role involves working closely with deal teams to shape and solution Analytics & AI led programs, continuously engaging with key client executives and sharing solution details.
The ideal candidate will effectively communicate value proposition on analytics led insights and embed AI solutions in client processes. They will own end-to-end delivery of large and complex Analytics & AI led transformation programs, small business insights initiatives, and work with partners to bring the best tools and delivery methods.
This is an excellent opportunity for a thought leader on AI to have a significant impact on success. The successful candidate will hire and nurture talent, grow them into market-facing specialists and consultants, and build a community of practice on data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new Analytics & AI opportunities in partnership with Global Markets, Sectors and Brands
- Work closely with deal teams to shape and solution Analytics & AI led programs
- Owning end-to-end delivery of large and complex Analytics & AI led transformation programs
- Building key partnerships with top tools, platforms and fintechs
- Improving new and innovative data assets and driving adoption to the market
- Being a thought leader on AI
- Hiring and nurturing talent and growing them into market-facing specialists and consultants
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field
- Experience in AI, machine learning and data science
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
