Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social,

email, content, automation) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

  • Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor

campaign effectiveness.

  • Optimize based on data insights to improve ROI, CAC, CLTV, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and

brand consistency.

  • Enable sales through lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Content & Communication

  • Oversee marketing content, thought leadership pieces, case studies, landing pages, and emailers tailored to the buyer journey.
  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS

environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and metrics.
  • Experience crafting go-to-market strategies and launching digital products.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot,

SEMrush, etc.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
