"Managing Director (MD)"
as it directly impacts their efficiency and effectiveness. A skilled executive assistant streamlines operations by managing schedules, prioritizing tasks and facilitating communication. Can allows the Managing Director to focus on strategic decisions and leadership, ultimately driving the company's success. The role also serves as a liaison between the director and other stakeholders, ensuring that important information flows smoothly and that deadlines are met.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Managing Director's complex calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and clients, partners and team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support project initiatives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and documents.
- Assist in strategic planning and project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Mentor and oversee junior administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
