Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis, document functional specifications, and create user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and maintain traceability matrices.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and requirement management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Domain experience in [Finance / Manufacturing / Retail / Telecom / Healthcare] (customize as per need).
