We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and optimize our human resources function in a fast-paced technical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Facilitate goal-setting, feedback, and development plans
  • Support managers in coaching and employee development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory regulations
  • Manage employee benefits and wellness initiatives

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies aligned with labor laws and industry standards
  • Ensure adherence to employment law, data protection, and workplace safety
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressal professionally

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Organize team-building activities and internal communication programs
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts

HR Operations & Systems

  • Manage HRIS and ensure accurate data reporting
  • Oversee documentation including contracts, increment letters, and exit formalities
  • Continuously improve HR processes for scalability and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a technical or IT company
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and payroll compliance
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho People)
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, tech-driven environment
